Create central garden areas

I have seen these proposed in other council regions - little parks in the center of town where they grow food.

Why the contribution is important

This would make the center look very beautiful, along with potentially providing opportunities for education for children.

This would be a lovely thing to have in the centre - it'd make going into Rochdale more of a whole day activity

I like this idea but I have seen food growing areas in other cities and they never seem to be maintained very well.
